3.1 All prices are in Rands and are subject to change without prior notice. 3.2 We accept payments via Ikhokha. Orders will only be processed upon successful payment. 3.3 In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

4.1 Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary based on location. 4.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. 4.3 Shipping fees and any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

5.1 Due to the nature of skincare and fragrance products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items. 5.2 If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days for a replacement or refund. 5.3 Refunds are processed within 7 business days upon approval.
