1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used skincare and fragrance products.
Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion.
Gift cards or digital vouchers.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at sales@leopardallthings.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send an email to sales@leopardallthings.co.za with:
Your order number.
Clear photos of the product and packaging.
A description of the issue.
We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund accordingly.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
